Return Policy

Customers must carefully check the product style, size, color, customize details and delivery information before placing the order. After confirming the order, the customer confirms and agrees to all details and terms regarding to the order. Once the order is confirmed, the style, size, color and customize details cannot be changed or cancelled.

If the size is not suitable after arrival, INISHIRT provides a one-time free modification guarantee within 10 days from the date of receiving the product. Please email or send a What'sApp message to our customer service team regarding the modification.

After being reviewed by the Customer Service Center, you will receive an email notification confirming your application. Please mail the goods to the designated address within 7 days after receiving the confirmation email from the Customer Service Center. Unless the reason for the return is due to the quality problem of the product or the wrong delivery arrangement, when returning the product, customer must bear all the shipping costs during the entire shopping process.

Product that are not eligible for the <10-day free modification guarantee>:

  1. Over the time limit for making a request
  2. Products that is in regular size
  3. Products that have been washed, used or damaged for personal reasons
  4. Missing the original label or tag of the product; determining the product that cannot be returned
  5. Goods that have not completed the application process

In case of any dispute, the decision of INISHIRT shall be final.
